Product Designer Consulatant
Led end-to-end product design across healthtech, GenAI HR tech, fintech, and consumer platforms, improving core user journeys, usability, and conversion. Designed AI-driven workflows for a hiring platform and founded a quick-commerce startup from ideation to MVP, scaling to 10K+ orders, 2K users, and ₹12L revenue. Delivered responsive UX/UI systems that strengthened user trust, modernized interfaces, and drove measurable business outcomes across multiple web products.
Airtel X Labs
Senior UX Designer
Led the revamp of the Airtel Thanks Loyalty Program and Rewards experience. Drove a 10.5% quarterly gain in Monthly Active Users (MAUs) through improved usability, rewards visibility, and customer engagement. The program contributed to an ~8% quarterly increase in customer retention. Designed engagement flows that resulted in a 75% increase in daily engaged customers activating one or more Thanks offers in August, compared to the May–June average. Contributed to the full redesign of the Airtel Thanks App with a focus on customer retention and acquisition Collaborated with product, engineering, and business teams to enhance engagement and usability.
