Hi, I’m Surbhi. I like the messy problems.
I’m a product designer across healthcare, finance, insurance and enterprise. I turn unclear, high-stakes problems into products people understand.
My story
I’m a product designer who likes figuring things out. The messy problems. The ambiguous ones. The ones where the brief says one thing, users say another, and the business has a third opinion.
I like asking questions, pulling at loose threads, and talking things through. I really like talking things through. It’s probably one of the reasons I enjoy design so much: there’s always something to figure out, someone to learn from, or a conversation that changes the way you see a problem.
I’m known for working hard. Very hard, sometimes probably harder than necessary. I care about doing good work, getting the details right, and leaving things better than I found them.
But I’ve also learned that good design isn’t about always having the answer. It’s about being curious enough to change your mind, confident enough to challenge things, and humble enough to listen.
Outside work, life is pretty simple: I love my parents, my friends, travelling, swimming, eating good food, shopping, and generally finding an excuse to go somewhere.
My philosophy is uncomplicated: live and let live. And if there’s good food involved, even better.

How I work
Framing
Agree on the problem, the business goal, how we’ll measure it and the limits, before any screens.
Testing early
Rough wireframes and prototypes in front of real users, so wrong ideas fail cheaply.
Measuring
After launch, check the design against the numbers we agreed on, and keep improving.
Systems
Reusable components and patterns, so the product stays consistent as the team grows.
